NETCARE KUILSRIVER THE WORST HOSPITAL IN CPT

My wife was admitted to this hospital this morning, Despite us not using this hospital for many reasons my wife has chronic kidney issues, and her specialist Dr. Wessels is there, She underwent an operation today and when she was returned to the ward and woke, She requested a beverage preferably coffee for obvious reasons. More than 2 hours later she still hasn't received something to drink with nurses and staff walking up and down and chatting like it's a walk in the park. Even after calling the surgical ward and expressing my concerns my wife still had to force herself out of bed with an IV drip attached and in a lot of pain to go to the cafeteria to get something...I always read about how patients complain about bad care at private hospitals but never imagined it happening to my wife and knowing her she will not let this go.
