Given the fact that this was in a paediatric ward is just downright disturbing and worrying to me. How am I supposed to trust my child into the care of such a place?

During the 4-day hospitalization period of my child the food that they brought him was hardly edible. Mashed potatoes were runny like a watery substance, meat***** with oil d*********** and as hard as a tennis ball and other food were so hard that it was almost raw. I had to buy him food downstairs from the NetCafé.

The menu is not age appropriate at all.

Waste bins in the bathroom are open and full of nappies and stuff

The cover ontop of the toilet is from a glass-like material. Toddlers are curious. My son slipped grabbed onto the cover and it fell off braking into 1000’s of pieces. I reported it and none of the staff came to see if he got hurt. I got badly cut as I was trying to stop it from hitting the ground.

As we went into the bathroom, my son barefooted slipped on the tiles and hit his head against the bath Service

Compliments to the cleaning staff in the ward. It was always very tidy and clean. Medical Staff was very friendly and helpful.

One of medical staff let my toddler slip out of the cot while she was giving his medicine and he fell to the ground hurting his arm and head against the iron bars of the bed that stood next to the cot

Staff takes at least 15 minutes to respond to an alarm.

Never available when you call them. Not sure if their phones do not work, but they just never available.
