NETCARE KUILSRIVER *****/PATHETIC SERVICE

Sickening worst service at Kuilsriver Netcare hospital.My mom was in the casualty ward for 5 FULL hours on 30th December 2018,only to be called today 5th Feb 2019 by a cheeky Yoliswa to say we owe R242 on the account,for what???We paid R1000 for the hospital that day,R1000 for the doc,R600 for blood tests,these were all paid before anything was done on her as she is a cash patient.Now suddenly we owe for casualty stuff which might as well be free as the service was pathetic.The service is beyond poor,I'm sure government hospitals do much better than this.Can this be resolved TODAY!
