Netcare Kuils River Hospital

What has happened to Netcare Kyils River Hospital. About a year ago I went to the trauma unit with severe lower back ache. I got there at 10am, they only attended to me several hours later. At about 20h00 they asked if I could move to a chair as they needed the bed I was in. At 22h00 the night my husband came to check what's taking all day. One of the senior people (a man) came to check where i was. He discovered me sitting on the chair. I then realized that they had forgotten about me. No apologies.

Two weeks ago my friend had a neck operation. She needed assistance to go to the toilet. The toilet was in an unhygienic state. Dirty. Unfriendly staff, just no more care taking care of the sick.
