Netcare Krugersdorp most *********** employees EVER

I received a threatening letter from this hospital today. They claimed that I was "handed over" because I owed them money. 1. I called the number given on the threat. I reached Dumani to enquire what was going on. She couldn't help me and transferred me to Thokozile. I explained to her that I paid all the accounts that I received from this hospital. I NEVER RECEIVED AN ACCOUNT AS CHARGED She said I was handed over last month, but she was "only an agent on behalf of the hospital." I insisted to get the contact number of "the client" Netcare hospital. I was upset when she told me she didn't have the contact number. She said she didn't have any information on my account and couldn't assist me. 2. I called the hospital on *** Lebogang took the call and transferred me to Teddy at credit control. I told Teddy that I received the threatening letter that they handed me over, but I never received any statement and that I paid a lot of money to settle all the accounts I received. She insisted that they did sent the account and I insisted I never received it. I indicated to her that I was furious that they handed me over without me receiving a statement. She said she couldn't assist me and gave the number of a W Opperman in some legal department. 3. I called the number given to me. Denise took the call and transferred me to an extension. I held on for 27 minutes and 45 seconds without anyone responding to the call.

This is not the first time I'm having problems with Netcare Krugersdorp. The incompetency in the offices is really frustrating. The previous statements that I received were always incorrect. Employees of Netcare Krugersdorp are too *********** or too lazy to take their bank statements and deduct the money I paid by EFT, from my account. Then it takes me ages to get the account fixed. And as per witness above nobody is competent to do the job and you get tossed around between employees in order to get (NO)assistance. I indicated to Netcare Krugersdorp, when I settled the last account I received, that they will NEVER EVER EVER SEE ME AGAIN. EVER. Now this again. Sad that in this time of 52% unemployment in South Africa that highly *********** employees are kept on payroll by (more?????) *********** supervisors.
