Netcare Krugersdorp is discriminating and stigmatizing COVID patients.

My partner was admitted at Netcare Krugersdorp on Saturday morning due to COVID related infection. When she was admitted she mentioned that she has medication which she got after a virtual consultation and they didn't bother to look at medication. She ended up taking the medication she had (which is written finish the course) and the one they are giving her. This morning she told Sr Cynthia who was giving her medication that she thinks that what they're giving her is the same as what she's taking. When trying to show her the script from her phone she dismissed her saying that she doesn't work with people who Google. There's no confidentiality as the Dr doesn't consult patients one on one he addresses all 4 patients at once because. And tell them what infection they're treated for. The Dr doesn't even explain the bloods that needs to be done, when the nurse who do bloods came and she asked what are the bloods for she told her that the Dr should have told her. My question is how do you treat a patient without talking to the patient. As much as front line workers are at risk of contracting the virus from the patients but that doesn't mean the patients should not be treated with dignity and respect.
