NETCARE KRUGERSDORP DOES NOT CARE

On the 21/07/2020 late evening reported to Krugersdorp Netcare emergency department complaining with persistent cough, but the treatment that I received from the nurses and doctor at casualty left me hopeless.

One nurse over looked my condition of coughing as **** and attention sicker, she commented while I was next to her without caring that I can hear her rude comments.

The nurse told my brother wait for me because I will discharge before the doctor can examining me or ordering Xray and blood,the nurse had already discharged me.

Covid 19 test was done and sent home within 4 hours, with prescription and still coughing .Shocking I just received my Covid results on 28/07/2020 when I called the lab and results explained my cough was not **** because I tested Covid 19 positive. Said part I was not given my results within prescribed period (48hours), the failure by hospital to trace me for a week and provide me results officially had put my wife and kids at risk.

It's clear if I did contact the hospital, the hospital was not gonna make means to trace a patient who is Covid 19 positive.

Let me shared with you that I laid complain telephonically and requested my results to be official provide to me, but nothing was done and management are distancing the self from this issue and refer me to receptionist who failed confirm my contact details. Netcare Krugersdorp DOES NOT CARE
