Netcare Kingsway - Shut it Down!

Absolutely pathetic service and lack of professionalism, amongst other serious contraventions.

Netcare Kingsway Hospital an absolutely disreputable institution.

Brought my wife in for a Concussion and Injured leg only to find the Doctors on duty highly unprofessional and ***********, this having to wait in excess of 45 minutes to be seen - whilst suffering a head injury.

Why is this even listed as a private institution when care from the likes of Government institutions seem superior.

Avoid at all costs is the advice I will relay to any concerned party.

Furthermore requesting documents which have been paid for is an absolute nightmare, admin and medical staff prove to be *********** on another level, 2 weeks later and still an ongoing saga of emails and phone calls - an absolute waste of time.

I will never allow myself or my family to associate with such hospitals in future.
