Netcare Kingsway Hospital - Worst Private Hospital Experience
The worst private hospital I have ever been to. The worst emergency room service ever. Rude staff, dirty, uneducated nurses, lack of communication, Doctor who said she can't do much as she is only a GP. When I wanted to report it afterwards, the woman in charge of the ER said, that they are busy and tired, and sometimes people are rude. That is just how it is. She continued with a shrug of her shoulders.

24 Oct 2025, 14:09Once again, another one of the worst experiences I have ever had from a hospital!! It is such a pity that there is no other hospital in Amanzimtoti. Accounts are a mess, communication is non existing, and no one ever answer a phone in any department of that hospital!!! I have literally phone 10 times to various departments with no answer.
