Netcare Kingsway Hospital poor administration

Netcare Kingsway Hospital has a reputation for poor medical care and it's now clear to me that their administration is poor as well. I've been jumping through hoops & shoved from pillar to post regarding a refund, which they acknowledge is due to me (Refund Case No.***). Having paid by credit card one would imagine that, like any other service provider refund, one would present the card for a refund but not with Netcare hospitals. I had to submit reams of forms & banking details for a refund into my cheque account, which has been dragging on since 4 March and my communications are routinely met with an automated response but ignored by the actual humans I'm dealing with. I was dealing with Lindiwe Radebe (***) and Ntokozo Msani (***) who eventually communicated that he had palmed it off on Mfundo Tshabalala (***) at head office. I made contact with Mfundo, only to be asked for all the documentation again. I can only imagine how many manhours, other than mine, have been wasted due to an antiquated system and inefficient staff. Avoid Netcare Kingsway Hospital, but I imagine all Netcare Hospitals are as useless.
