Netcare Kingsway Hospital Nightmare with accounts and getting claims sorted with medical aid

We have a issue with out our accounts with Netcare Kingsway hospital. Long story short my boys spent there first 2 Months of their lives in Kingsway Hospital NICU, Since then we have had endless headaches getting the all the claims sorted out from Netcare with medical aid Fedhealth. With around R*** bills its taken ages but we have still have 2 bills that we are struggling with.

On the 11th of February 2021, we sent Johannes Blom from Kingsway a email from Fedhealth stating the claims will be approved but they need to resubmit the claims as stale claims due to the delay in getting them sorted out. We have not received any feedback from Johannes and since then we have been receiving calls from some debt collection agency on behalf of NETCARE KINGSWAY HOPISTAL and then today we received a call from the Sheriff stating that Kingsway has sent my wife a summons for the outstanding funds.

Now it don`t understand what is the difficulty for the claims to be resubmitted to Fedhealth when Fedhealth clearly stated in the email the claims will be approved as soon as its been submitted. Its seems to be just laziness to get the job done.

Please can this be resolved as matter of urgency,
