Netcare just don't care
<p>My husband went in 4 a renal stone removal op @ Parklands. Discharged after 2 days but readmitted 4 puluminary embolism. The treatment received @ICU was terrible. He was later moved to St Augustine. The treatment there was worse. Nurses don't care at all. They rather leave a patient to suffer in pain and agony or bleed to death. He was then moved to Kingsway where he was double dozed with clexane because the netcare hospitals cannot follow proper hand over procedures. Eventually spending 38days in hospital. My medical aid is depleted because of their *********** Dr. and nursing staff. They have huge posters explaining their complaints process with an email address and nobody responds to you. In my opinion, they just don't care.... </p> <p> </p>
