Netcare is disgusting!!!

I had a follow up appointment to see the Dentist on Friday at Bluff Medicross, which falls under Netcare. I can't believe that Netcare has instructed it's branches to be ******!!! I had been there 2 weeks ago as well and had no problems. This time there was a very complicated procedure which no one had warned us about. A rude, tiny, petite woman, dressed in full PPE, called Rosslyn or something like that refused to let me enter. There was a long queue. She was so arrogant, yet immediately behind me a white woman came and she filled in the form for her and let her through. I asked her to fill in a form for me and she said she is not allowed to! So Bluff medicross actually encourages ******??? My husband did his on his cellphone but my battery had died. She refused to let me in!!! And I have another appointment next week. I think they are going to lose all their loyal clients because of their rudeness. Remember there are many centres that have come up but I was loyal to you all, but now I am being forced to take our familys support to other places. And of course, don't forget that this treatment will spread to family and friends and they will all be as disgusted as I am. Furthermore there is a woman in there who looks like a rotweiler and is ready to snap at and bite you, yet she smiles so sweetly and greet the white old men nicely, but can't even say hello when we say hello. Bluff you have gone down the trash bin with the people you employ!!!! A whole bunch of sick idiots! Sicker than their patients. I'm horrified, outraged and upset!
