Netcare is a disgrace

<p>My grandfather is in Daisy Ward at the Sunninghill Hospital. His experience so far has been nothing short of horrifying. He is sickly and moves slowly because of a heart condition. The nursing staff treat him in the most disgusting manner, the type of treatment not to expected in a private hospital. An incident that occurred today: He called the nursing staff for 45 min on his call button to assist him with removing his drip & reaching the toilet. They never answered. He messed himself in his bed and lay in his own feces and urine until they decided to come and assist. They then proceeded to humiliate him for messing his bed. This is one of many incidences that have happened in this ward during the past 7 days. We have complained daily to the nursing staff, but to no avail, hence reaching out via HelloPeter.</p>
