Netcare ignores requests for payment arrangements, then sends final demand.

On 13 March 2023, I attended the emergency room at Netcare Unitas. Following the visit, my medical aid paid for most of it, but a portion remained for my account. On 11 April 2023, I received my invoice from Netcare, detailing the amount outstanding. I emailed the relevant debtors controller, and asked for a payment arrangement. My email went unanswered.

On 5 May, I received an invoice again, and I once again emailed the debtors controller. I also did not receive a response.

On 10 May, I received a letter of final demand. This is absolutely disgusting. The letter says I failed to make arrangements, but Netcare ignored my correspondence. How can I make an arrangement when you ignore me??
