Netcare Hostipal policy is pathetic and inconsiderate

I got to Netcare hospital in Greenacres Hospital, brought in my 18months daughter with her mom, there's a room called called called Triage room,they told me only 1 parent allowed to come inside there.For God sake I'm.the father to the child too I needed to hear not hearing from someone else.
