Netcare hospitals will NEVER EVER EVER see me again

A few weeks ago I received a threatening message that I owed netcare Krugersdorp Private hospital R 200+ and that I have been handed over. I called the number giveni indicated that I never received any statement for the amount. The person who responded indicated that they do not have any info of the account because netcare is their client. I demanded a contact nr. The person indicated they didn't have any contact nr. I indicated to the person that they dare to send me a threatening letter without having info and that I regarded them as ***********. I Googled netcare krugersdorps nr. The operator at the hospital put me through to an Indian woman. Think her name was teddy or something. I indicated to her that I never received any account and I was angry with them for handing me over because I spend hundred of thousands of rands at that hospital. She couldn't assist me and give me a number of some opperman woman for assistance. I called the number. I was keeping hanging onto the phone for almost half an hour without opperman responded to the call. I hang up. So then I saw everybody working for this netcare krugersdorp private hospital was utterly useless AND I PAID THE FULL AMOUNT. I posted everything on hellopeter. The next day some Indian woman from netcare krugersdorp private hospital called me and apologized for how I was treated. SHE INDICATED THAT THE AMOUNT WAS WRITTEN OFF. I indicated that I already paid the amount but was very upset with the *********** people at that hospital. TODAY I RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT I WAS HANDED OVER TO SAYA DUE TO THE SAME OUTSTANDING AMOUNT. WHAT THE F IS GOING ON WITH THE ADMIN AT THAT OFFICE. I AM LITTERALLY SICK AND TIRED FOR BEING HARRASED BY IDIOTS. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER EVER WILL NETCARE ANYWHERE SEE ME AGAIN.
