**** service. On the evening of the 19th of November 2020 we went to the emergency room. My partner injured her foot. On arrival there was no one to assist us and the security said we must wait. After 20 minutes the person that does the admissions came and very anoid that except for us more people arrived. After explaining to her she said that it's COVID time and we are going to wait a long time. She is very unprofessional and rude. But we know now that that is the way Netcare N1 City operates. We want to Panorama Mediclinic and my partner was helped immediately. It turns out that she has a hairline fracture. So please avoid Netcare N1 City at all costs. They are useless.
