Netcare Hospital Montana has horrible service

I went to the Netcare hospital in Montana with a baby who swallowed pills, they made me to wait for hours opening a file for her and when they were supposed to attend to her they just told me they can’t assist ??? they said they called a dr who said nothing will happen her. It was my baby’s dr that said I must find the nearest hospital!

My question is why did they open a file if they wouldn’t attend or admit her? Is this a way of them making unnecessary claims against our medical aids?

I’m very disappointed and sad.
