Netcare hospital and poor service

Netcare Alberton First time setting my foot in Netcare and man what a horrible experience it was. The attitude of the nurses, security and some staff is very questionable. Had an altercation with one of the nurses in section 5 who was rude as hell shouting at the patient’s visitors. Also why so many commandments when a patient is admitted? The visiting hrs? Number of visitors? Are these patients in hospital or prison cells? In paeds ward kids can’t be seen by their siblings even those close to them like what’s happening in that hospital??
