Netcare Hospital Alberton Complaint

Firstly - no one answers the phones, when you eventually get through to reception they cannot provide you with any info and have to transfer you to the relevant department. Then again the phone just rings, gets disconnected and one has to phone again and again and again....

Secondly, none of the staff has any manners! They drag their feet, look you up and down, sigh, and if you are lucky you get an answer.

This is sad to see that patients need to go through the poor/no service at all to get treatment, see a doctor etc.
