Netcare have been double paid but refuse to refund me ..
I paid in a deposit of R4200 for a medical procedure a month back which cost approx. R2600.
Netcare has been paid by me as well as by my Medical Aid .. I've still not been refunded my R4200 which is long overdue to me.
Horrible service and my many calls/requests to this service provider were not entertained ... when I finally got through to someone I was told that this is all standard procedure.
