NETCARE HAVE AMAZING PARAMEDICS BUT THAT IS WHERE IT STOPS

To date I have received no physical copies of the account that I need to pay, you phone Netcare and obviously they cannot get it right, now you have handed me over to Saya Recoveries who are just as useless and pathetic as they apparently are sending me the information to firstly a email address that doesn't even exist and secondly to an email address that I have not been at since April 2007, and they are refusing to send me the information for the physical copies of any documentation? Now how is this possible that I wrote the email address for the account to come to on the paramedic sheet, I have been phoning your offices to get the information and still this has not been done. so please kindly take your R2302.51, and do whatever you like with it, but for now until I get the correct information tell Saya Recoveries to stop contacting me as you have messed up. Oh and I wont pay legal fees, and if I am feeling generous I will pay you R25 a month with no interest...... however this is still not going to happen as I doubt you wont even be able to get me the correct information.
