Netcare garden city worst customer service

Came into the hospital with a broken ankle and I was left un attended for hours. The nurse took my blood without explaining what it was for. 14 days later I receive an invoice that I owe the hospital money for a covid test. Which test covid test did i consent to do?? Please communicate to patients properly and improve customer service from reception to the Drs.
