For the past 3 weeks I’ve been taken from pillar to post on getting a copy of my medical records, admission and discharge summary

You are working in a paperless environment but one can never get anything. For the entire week last week I was promised to get the requested documents and there has been nothing. The only thing this brand seems to care about is money the after service is poor
