Netcare Garden City Hospital appalling

I've been admitted on the 18/11/2018.... i wish i would have went to mediclinic or a different netcare as the service has been appalling. Each time i was in excruciating pain, they looked at me with a smile and said "we'll be with you" then hours later that's when they attend to me without any further communication relating to why they took forever... Today took the cake with Buyson as he took more than two hours filling in a file while ignoring me in pain and attending to his files. I had to walk ( with my excruciating back pain to the registered nurse) only then that's when he attended. He comes to install the drip and he doesn't have all the material and had to ask for assistance(why not have everything before attending to the task at hand)... he didn't even have the nerve to apologize... funny part is that he did all this in a rush at 19:04 because his shift is over.

Thank you Netcare for the worst service. Felt like i was in a public hospital
