Netcare Garden City

Refund, Been in contact with Netcare Garden City Refunds department, sent them various emails, with absolute no response, they are quick to charge you upon admission, but fail to refund what is due to you, been sending them all necessary emails with attaching documents they request....my calls get cut....my information taken and promise someone will call me back....but nothing.....so the service is very pathetic.
