Netcare Gap Cover 500 a *****

Hi Everyone,

Please don't bother going for Netcare Gap Cover 500. Worst services ever. i only had 2 claims and they have messed up on those 2 claims. Is this not *****? you send someone a proof of payment and payment is not made, called to find out what happened and no one gets back to you. There are lots of references numbers for call made and they just don't care. It cost me more time and effort following up. they are completely useless went for my procedure in November 25, submitted clams in December 25 and up till now they have not settled some claims. just excuses. don't waste you time and money with them.
