Netcare ********** Medical Aid Claim!

I was hospitalized at Netcare Linksfield and they put a claim through to my medical aid for a private ward. I was never in a Private Ward. I have reversed the claim with Medical Aid but cannot get anybody from the hospital to contact me nor can I get through to the accounts department. It is really is disgusting that a Private Hospital Group can behave in this manner!
