Netcare fees

Netcare Alberton hospital double charges me more then 200 percent of my medical scheme approved example if they approve R5000. 00 for a surgery netcare charges R11000.00 which I find is very unfair for the treatment received. They run out of beds and make patients come in from 6am to get a bed around 9am. The doctors and nurses are wonderful but they over charge and rob our medical aid. The people that work with the account department is rude they don't like to assist and want to tell you what they want to say. I would rather look for another hospital that charges correct amounts and not rob the people
