Netcare Failure to Investigate, Support and Share Accident Report.

I am writing to express my concern regarding an incident that occurred at the main Security Entrance at NETCARE OLIVEDALE in the presence of Security Guards. A motorcycle collided with the rear of my car. At first, I felt a nudge and assumed it was a speed hump, but upon checking, I realized it was a motorcycle, which I believe belongs to one of the hospital's service providers. Despite this collision, the Security Guard opened the gate to let me out without notifying me of the collision or any potential damages to my car.

I have gone through the proper channels, requesting the CCTV footage in person and navigating through the Technical and Management departments. However, it seems Netcare is choosing to protect their service provider rather than release the details of the offender. I even obtained a POLICE report as requested, yet I am still being denied access to the footage or a report of the incident.

I kindly request that you reconsider my request and provide me with the necessary CCTV footage and an incident report. It is crucial to address this matter fairly and transparently. .
