NETCARE FAILS TO PROVIDE BASIC ACCESS TO THEIR FACILITIES

The elevator to the 3rd floor dentists at Medicross Constantia Park has been out of service since the beginning of the year. My husband, who is disabled because of Parkinson's disease and various back operations has to hoist himself up 3 flights of stairs by hanging onto the UNHYGIENIC wooden rails. It is a crying shame that Netcare fails to attend to this BASIC requirement of access to a medical facility! SHAME ON YOU! You ought to see to it that your facilities are in GOOD WORKING ORDER!!
