Netcare emergency services failing to respond to a fatal crash on the R55 between Nigel and Boksburg

I am Lee-Ann Jacob's My sister Leoni Jacobs and her boyfriend was involved in a car accident on Sunday evening 22 December 2019 at about 10h15 PM. Netcare was called for an ambulance.She was badly injured.They never responded at the accident scene and never even came out.The government ambulance eventually arrived two hours later and tried to attend to them.She died at the scene.She was still alive two hours after the accident.I am sure if she had immediate care she would have made it.

I will take this up to the highest management of Netcare.
