Netcare emergency room

I went to Netcare waterfall emergency for my son we waited 1 hour 30 minutes to be assisted I had to even go check with the nurses why is it taking time to see the doctor one of the nurses had the audacity to the me they busy with patients as if I’m not there as a patient maybe I came the for a picnic what a horrible experience I forgot to get the nurses name I visited on 29 April 2026 around half pass five only got assisted at 7 and that horrible nurse is from public hospital for sure shows no care to patient
