Netcare doesn't resolve my issue

In 2025 my wife went for an operation at Netcare Jakaranda. The hospital wrote the wrong CPT code on the admission document, therefore the medical aid doesn't want to settle the account. Tumelo has been given my case to resolve. After I've asked numerous times for feedback, today suddenly my case has been handed over to someone else who doesn't have a clue what it's all about. I need an answer asap
