Netcare does not care

I was admitted at Netcare Kingsway Hospital on the 27 May 2022 however their employee at admissions that day never requested a pre-authorization from my medical aid provider it was only requested on the 14 June 2022 due to this my medical aid provider did not pay the full amount I was than advised that I owe Netcare more than a R1000 when I contacted my medical aid they advised me on this I emailed back the guy who had called more than twice but was ignored and they handed over my account to debt collectors when it was Netcare employee's fault but I the one required to pay for their doing and I can't afford that
