Netcare doctor's don't care about patience

I still can't believe the level of service at Netcare Garden City, just after I was discharged Dr Motala was suppose to have sent through my pmb application to bankmed so I could get my chronic meds approved. One med was rejected and he had to supplement and revert with a new script, till today he's ignoring me, I haven't been able to get my medication from the pharmacy 😭 this eventually led me to relapse, this is so cruel, that Dr is cruel and the hospital will tell you that their doctors work independently, does this even make sense, I will never ever use a netcare facility ever in my life, I would rather request a transfer. Bad service.
