Netcare do wake up and stop sleeping on shift....

Good Day... So where do I start, well let me first start off by saying how long did it take netcare to wake up, or is it a lack of funds ? Hmmmm it has to be lack of funds !.... Cause now I don't F#@@ understand or Netcare does not know who they go into partnership with so, well due to medical aid being so **** expensive I took out this medical insurance for me and my family and I took out the plus plan through Dischem+ but the highest they can offer where most of there benefits are unlimited so netcare is one of there partners and so about 2 months ago my sister was in a incident and we called the ambulance which was netcare 911 cause they are part of the cover and what I am paying and now netcare wants to come with this **** saying this policy does not cover there services so if they don't cover them then what am I paying and so I personally think netcare please do sort it out with your partners and on how your cover works couse you guys and your partner are misleading your consumers.......
