Netcare “diagnostics” payment demand.

Was admitted in netcare in October, a month later I receive a call saying I owe 1.7k I ask for what the person on the phone is uncertain and says they will send a statement to my email and I should provide my email address so they can “confirm” it’s correct , I don’t give them my email, a week later they figure it out and email the statement which states it’s for Netcare diagnostics and it’s for doctor esihle nomlono, mind you I never saw any doctor of that name and they aren’t on my health records, everyday I am being harassed by these debt collectors bombarding me with countless emails and calls for this so called “netcare diagnostics” this is totally unacceptable.
