Netcare / Credit Bad Rating

I have been Taken with an Ambulance to Netcare Pretoria East Hospital in August 2022. Upon arrival i was still in good state to complete the Documents that was handed to me by the Emergency Department. Today on the 13/01/2023 at 2:15 i receive an Email from Vericred Collections to my surprise it Shows there Banking Details for a Netcare. Nothing Else. I phone the Vericred Collection Department to ask what this is for and just told me that it is an account that has been Handed over to Them from Netcare For Non Payment From Netcare Pretoria East. I Made a Phone Call to Pretoria East Netcare and ask if they can pick up an Outstanding amount on their System and gave them my ID number , This phone call to netcare was made at 15.46. I have spoken with Carla at Netcare Pretoria East Hospital and asked tyo speak to the accounts department as i want to know who handed me over for what? As in this time Period i have not received one Phone Call , One Email with an Invoice nothing. She has confirmed that all the details on the system she has read back to me is not Correct. How ever what Happened with the Document i have completed at the Emergency room when i arrived there. All my details are updated on my Medical Aid. So how could they not get hold of me. Surely after a month when You as a Provider that is looking for Funds that is owed to you , does it not ring a bell that maybe our system is not updated. Only for me to receive at letter 4 months latter from a Collection Department and and don't forget this is showing on my credit report as a NON PAYMENT. How you going to Fix this issue Netcare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
