Netcare claiming for a service already PAID

To whom it may concern.

With regards to Acc ***, Netcare city gardens submitted the claim to discovery and it was paid however a second claim by the hospital was submitted again but discovery advised that "You do not have to pay this this claim line because the code billed is a service that is included in the main procedure code, you do not have to pay this amount R1141. 25. We have notified the health care provider."

Can I please have a way forward because as a client I feel inconvenienced especially by the hospital I keep on receiving sms notifications to settle a bill and according to my understanding I don't owe anything.
