Netcare - Christiaan Bernard's incompetence left me with huge bills!!

On the 20/10/16 I was admitted to hospital for chest pains as well as a migraine...I was discharged on the 27/10/16 after a series of test was carried out. Two days before I was discharched I started receiving frantic calls from my medical aid telling me that the relevant authorisations were not being received for these test and asked me who intended to pay?!! Heavilly medicated I called the nurse and she told me that a case manager would come and see me...but this never happened....despite numerous request. I then called my admitting doctor and he informed me that they would sort it out as the "staff" needed to sort this out as they had not done there jobs. Well...since being discharched on my insistance and not at all in a state to be sent home I am sitting with mounting bills due to correct process not being followed. I intend taking legal action, however bils still need to be paid and I am in no posisition to do so as have undergone one operation already and another one scheduled tommorrow in a different hosipital...one that actually looks after it's patients....My advice to fellow South Africans is.....DO NOT USE THEM!! After numerous attempts to resolve this nothing has been resolved and no one has assisted. WHat a disgrace to all health care facilities you are!!
