THEIR POOR SERVICE JUST NEVER ENDS. 1) In the ward they did not know what procedure he was there for. (He is visually impaired) 2) The whole room smelled of urine. 3) The bedding had holes in. 4) Hubby was not offered anything to eat while he spent the night. 5) As a private patient, they charged me R8 982.80. When I tried to claim back from my medical aid, NETCARE reduced their account to R5 984.90. 6) Service date was 10/06/2026. To date I am still struggling to get my money refunded. 7) What a disgrace that Chris Barnard's name is on this horrible institution. 8) Management does not take responsibility or accept accountability. They just spew lies and lame excuses.
