What the heck is going on with your reception? Incorrect contact information for me was taken down so that the doctor couldn't get hold of me over the weekend. When I phone, it feels like I'm dealing with a public hospital like Somerset. Your lines ring FOREVER!!!! Most frustrating experience. For such an expensive hospital your service is shocking!
