I took my child to waterfall the service was ok issue now is there is a charge my medical aid had not paid, upon further investigation I realized the hospital had not even claimed from the scheme, this I alerted them, I have been emailing and calling trying to get this sorted however instead of getting back to me my account was handed over to debt collectors. Now I'm getting calls from collectors I still call and still get the same response we will revert back to you from Netcare
