To all members of all medical aids be aware of the following when you are admitted in hospital - Example ( NETCARE BAY HOSPITAL - RICHARDSBAY ) The case managers is billing all expenses towards members medical aid savings account instead of billing expenses to members medical aid in hospital benefits. In such a case the case manager need to provide answers on why and all expenses need to be re - submitted towards in hospital benefits to the Medical Aid. It is sad that Medical Aid Members are financially abused by the private sector by incorrect billing by case managers that causes inconvenience and financial stress for MA Members
