Netcare Ambulance terrible 😔

I had a terrible experience with The Netcare ambulance I called the @ 2:20am they got to me at 3:45am considering that I was in labour n in critical state I started pushing my baby out on the ambulance the guy was shouting at me telling me it's not allowed....can one hold labour pains n pushing out the baby? When we got to the hospital my baby's one foot was already out....those 2 paramedics left the hospital and they didn't give them any reports nothing mxm I'm really disappointed with such a horrible service
