Netcare ambulance poor service

I phoned an ambulance, ref 5217. My mother collapsed and was in so much pain. She is allergic to morphine and the people from ambulance only had morphine as a strong meds since she was not responding from their basic pain medication. I was so angry and disappointed on the service that she got. A life threatening condition but the ambulance people can only assist with morphine. This is unacceptable and disgusting service
