Netcare Alberton is the worst!!

Netcare Alberton probably has the worst service ever , this is my third experience with them! Been in the doctor’s room for over an hour and no one cares to notify me about anything!! I’m in serious pain but no Dr niks!! What’s the point of being private if we are going to be given such ****ty service??
