NETCARE ALBERTON HOSPITAL PATHETIC

Guys be careful when dealing with Netcare Alberton Hospital, Nice building but still same rotten Rude Staff, my brother was rushed to Netcare Alberton for a Stroke, they assisted him, they did all the tests and scans, confirmed Stroke, later that afternoon i get told that he is being transferred to Thelle Mogoerane Vosloorus, bcoz his medical aid doesnt cover this, i did the next thing and called Momentum health, gave them all info and was told that it was reported as a epilepsy and they dont cover this treatment, so been trying whole day calling to get someone to explain, failed.. i drove over and demanded the Matron, staff at reception laughs at you dont care, then the Matron arrived i told her how dare the hospital say its a epilepsy when MRI says Stroke, then she challenged me and said where is my evidence of epilepsy / storke, i called momentum in front of her confirming that a Staff member NICO gave it through as an epilepsy, now meanwhile he is laying at government hospital untreated, 20:30 they called me saying they transferring him back to Netcare Alberton, so i rushed there again waited for him to arrive, this is absurd, he been discharged because they needed his bed... blood tests was never submitted for medication approval, bcause they not sending the blood test to medical aid they dont want to dispense medication what the Dr prescribed.. GUYS PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK IF YOU LAND UP AT NETCARE ALBERTON HOSPITAL, SYLVIA THANK YOU FOR CALLING ME BACK 2 DAYS NOW
